Which animals do you transport?
We move live animals for institutional clients, including exotics, reptiles, aquatics, birds, primates and breeding stock. If you are unsure whether we can handle a particular species, contact our desk and we will confirm.
Do you handle cross-border permits and documentation?
Yes. We arrange EU cross-border movement documentation and health certification as part of the booking, and can provide CITES-compliant documentation on request for protected and exotic species. Specific requirements are confirmed per consignment.
How quickly can you collect?
Our dispatch desk operates around the clock and we prioritise time-critical moves. Actual timing depends on route, species and documentation, which we confirm when we quote.
How do you keep animals safe in transit?
Transports run as a single climate-controlled journey with welfare-trained crews and condition reporting to your team along the way. Vehicles are configured to suit the species being moved.
